I can't thank you guys enough. I am a 62 year old female veteran, full time caregiver, and this is one of many of my appliances I have had to repair. After viewing your video a couple of times, I dug right in. Tilted the washer, got out the adjustable wrench, and my socket set, screwdriver, and the whatchmacallit:) to unscrew the cover over the rotor.
