Bought a used Monogram Professional stove. Apparently, when it was removed they didn't save the gas inlet fittings which had the regulator on it. Pretty straight forward install of the stove. It was also missing one of the gas burner covers. The ones I had feel like steel and a magnet does stick to them, but the replacement part is listed as "ceramic?" I was concerned when I ordered it, but sure enough it's the same as the others. Read more
Pulled oven/range away from wall. Unplugged appliance. Removed oven racks and then the four screws holding fan/heating element cover. Holding fan blade used socket to remove retaining nut and then slid fan blade off of motor shaft. Note: the retaining nut is removed by turning clockwise. Removed screws holding back panel in place exposing fan motor. Removed three screws holding motor in place then disconnected two wires going to terminals on motor.
