The Microwave Lever is an OEM part for GE built-in and over-the-range microwaves. This metal lever links to the door handle and activates the door switch when the handle is pulled open.

Removed control panel from microwave, took pictures of the connections. Removed a circuit board(4 screws) and moved another one out of the way(2 screws). 3 screws held the Encoder board in and one small electrical harness. Take your time and it won’t be a problem. Read more
