First, I called an electrician. It took almost three weeks for him to respond. He couldn't fix it and he told me the only thing he could suggest was to replace the fuse, something he didn't have in stock. I researched my appliance and found that your company carried this particular fuse and ordered one. It arrived several days ago and fixed the problem!
