Jennifer F Rochester , NY February 29, 2016 Door seal was leaking This process was fairly straightforward, it took a couple of hours. I watched a video on youtube and followed the directions. The trickiest part was attaching the diaphragm to the tub. The weights were in the way and made it difficult to seal. I ended up removing the weights and it went on much easier. Nick H Stillwater , OK November 23, 2015 Leaking small amounts of water on the floor I replaced the entire door "boot" using the part I ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com using a video explaining the process from YouTube. It really wasn't that difficult and saved a ton of money instead of hiring the appliance repair person who wanted to charge 6 times as much and said it was a "very difficult" repair and would be time consuming. Dieter S Lakeville , MN May 19, 2015 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG Our 4 month old puppy jumped up to the open washing machine door and bit into the rubber gasket which seals the door around the tub after that it began leaking with evey load I ordered a new gasket from Appliance Parts Pros.com. It was back ordered so it took longer than normal but in about 10 days and with the help of the online video, I had the new one in and working in less than one hour. I normally wouldn't attempt to repair a new washing machine that is still under warranty but the video makes it amazingly easy, fast and fun. Steven G Centreville , VA October 09, 2022 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF42H5000AW/A2-0000 During the spin cycle the machine sounded like a jet engine. Deduced that the cause was a failed bearing for the drum. Ordered spin bearings (both inner and outer). Although APP did not have a video showing bearing replacement, they did have a video on tub seal replacement that was adequate to get most of the way to bearing replacement. Did have an appliance repair company come out and assess the situation. They suggested replacing the entire drum, at a cost of $1500. Replacement parts purchased from APP were less than $200. Of course, the repair took several hours of personal time, but the repair went without issue, using the APP videos.
