From what I could see It appears the fridge has 3 different fans. One in the upper back of the unit and 2 in the temperature control unit that resides between the red and white wine sections. The fan that was the issue for me was the larger fan in the rear portion of the temperature control unit. I figured out which fan it was by waiting until I heard the loud fan and then taking a plastic straw and sticking it into the fans to stop them and find the noisy one.
