Larry L Poway , CA November 10, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Dryer - Frig Gallery GLGQ332AS1 Our dryer didn't heat Being a complete DIY I hate to call some unknown person into my home knowing that just to get them there will cost me more than I will spend for parts that I don't need. After all, they are trying to make a living and by selling me parts that I don't need will increase their profits. I've dealt with APP before and was impressed by their site because I could find both mechanical and electrical drawings for almost everything I have. I looked up my dryer, decided what was probably the problem, added all the parts that I felt were probably OK and gave them a call. The customer rep, bless her heart was absolutely fantastic! She was really on the ball and made ordering all the parts I needed a breeze. A week later, when my parts arrived,( I went with the standard shipping), I installed everything, cleaned the dryer of all the lint I could vacuum out, crossed my fingers and pushed the start button. Son-of-a gun, the dryer works like new! I fixed the darned thing for less than $100 and now am a hero with my wife. Life doesn't get better than that. Harold B Kendall , NY December 08, 2014 Very dirty pan units I ordered what I thought was the right part some months ago. When I went to install them they were the wrong part. Called and they allowed me to send them back and re-order the correct part. Very pleased with the service I received. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes

Lea D Canon City , CO January 15, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGBP30GEV3WH The oven door handle came off in my hand! i stood there astonished! then laughed both end pieces had broken off We located the model number, got on the internet and searched for the parts. I first looked on Sears website, but they didn't even list my model number. Next I looked at www.appliancepartspros.com and found it right away. It showed all the parts of my range, so I could find exactly what I needed. I also ordered new pan units--the ones on my range top were so caked with burnt on crud, they would not come clean and shiny any more. (I inherited this range when we bought this house four years ago.) My order was processed and shipped the same day and arrived three days later, on a Saturday, via FedEx. I couldn't be more pleased--it's almost like having a new stove! We will always order from www.appliancepartspros.com. Read More...
