Since it was one week before Christmas I thought it a good idea to clean the refrigerator before loading it up for the holiday. However once I was done, I found one shelf frame had cracked,which we super glued. But the deli drawer support was not able to go back in. So I scrambled online to find a solution. Your website was so helpful with the pictures and prior questions and answers that I felt confident I was ordering the right parts. Even ordered a door shelf that had cracked a while ago but had never replaced. They arrived in just a couple days, and I was back in business with a clean and functioning refrigerator.

We watched the video provided here at Appliance Pro and it was a simple repair as long as you have a 1/4" socket wrench. We had to jiggle the motor a little to get it back up and in place but it seriously took less than 5 minutes and now we have ice again!! We went to a local parts shop and the parts we needed were all considerably more expensive. I appreciate the user friendly website for finding parts and the repair videos are well done.
