Description

This carburetor repair kit is designed for use in many different mall engines found in outdoor power equipment. The kit contains all the components needed to repair a lawn mower or snowblower engine that is experiencing carburetor problems. The carburetor maintains the flow of air and fuel mixture that causes the engine to run.There are many different signs that the carburetor is bad and needs to be repaired. If the engine will not start, the carburetor is an excellent place to start troubleshooting. Backfiring and slow starting are also good indicators of a bad carburetor. Test the carburetor by pulling the starter rope. If it starts and runs for a few minutes and then dies, the carburetor is bad and needs to be repaired. If the engine won't run at all, remove the air filter and pour a little fuel directly into the carburetor. Pull start the engine. If it starts, the carburetor is the issue.
