Dean T King George , VA November 07, 2015 Appliance: Model 97319 KENMORE ELITE Fractured glass top stove i was kneeling on it while replacing an over the range microwave There I was - cracked stove top and cut knee. The dreams of having mac and cheese on my $1500 stove had dwindled. Running to my bedroom in tears like a gal from a breakup, I searched the sears website for a new top. There it was, $500. Again... I cried. Looking around for options I came across the Appliance Parts Pros. Even talked in the chat in my excitement, and very informative. Brand new. BRAND NEW original stove top for half of what others wanted. I was like Whaaaaa? So I got one. It was showing 'back ordered', but allowed me to place the order. Every week they updated me on the status, and yes... it did take a few weeks to get it, but they did. Then they sent it to me. It arrived FedEx in perfect shape, and I put it on that night and made Mac and Cheese. Life is sweet I used a hex head screw driver and phillips head screw driver. About 30 min of labor, and the rest is history. Will I use them again? You bet I will. Lets just hope its not for another stove top.... I can't afford to get another.
