Found it was clogged with all the brisels and metal strip from the lint brush on the drum cover. Would not allow any water to pump through the drain hose. Cleaned everything out, ordered part from you. two days later and $60 we were back in business. Your company is awesome and provided great service just as you said. I am always skeptical about online ordering but not this time!! Ps. I used a wet vac when I took the boot off and saved making a mess when taking the boot off. About 2 gallons of water came out.
