Daniel S Lehigh Acres , FL December 05, 2018 My refrigerator was running very warm at the top of the refrigerator, but cold on the bottom. It does not have a freezer, it is all refrigerator. I located the panel inside that exposes the "guts" of the fridge. I saw that the coils were very cold, but the fan would not run. You could get it to twirl around a few times and then it would stop. It was obvious that it needed a new fan. I looked up my model on AppliancePartsPro.com and ordered the fan. I tried locally, but no one had fans in stock. I also looked at prices and theirs was "on sale" and was the most reasonable out there. They also said their average delivery time was 1.7 days. I ordered it today and they said I would have it the next day, even though I didn't pay for next day service. I didn't believe them. However, Fedex came and delivered the fan about 5pm the next day. That evening I took pictures of the old fan on the fridge so I would know where the wires went, how it was situated, etc. Then I took it off, very easy, and replaced it with then new one. The hardest part was getting the fan blades off the old one to put on the new fan motor. Once I was able to do that, it was easy peasy especially since I had take the pictures beforehand to refer to. It is working great! Saved myself probably $150 bucks on a service call at least.
