Kim for Model Number SHE43R55UC On my lower rack the one of the adjustable plate holders has broken-the metal actually rusted and broke (small knobby thing that holds the rack up or release to lay flat. Can you give me the part number? Also, I really don't like the bottom rack of this dishwasher and might consider replacing the entire bottom rack. Can you recommend a crockery basket that might hold larger pots/pans more easily-it seems as if the design is always in the way of where something might fit. Thanks,
Answer Kim, Unfortunately we would not be able to recommend a crockery basket that will hold larger pan as we do not know if they will fit your model.
