Sherflou for Model Number SHX46A05 UC/14 (FD 8211-) The upper spray arm doesn't spin, and the nozzles seem to be damaged, so I believe I need to replace it. BUT, the lower arm doesn't want to spin either. When I try to spin it manually, it appears to "drag" every half turn, but if I lift it a bit, it will turn all the way around with no high spots. Is this nornal? Does the lower arm lift itself with water pressure?
Answer Sherflou, The lower spray arm will lift some with pressure but if it is not spinning then it would be recommended to check the impeller to make sure that it is not damaged and make sure that there is nothing clogged in it.
