D February 14, 2021 for Model Number SHV7ER53UC/55 My Bosch dishwasher is about 8 years old. The upper spray arm has always retained some water after cycle is complete. Is this normal? Also, upper rack dishes may not dry completely. I always include “sanitize’ as part of the drying process. Can this be related to the upper spray arm retaining water?
1 Answer D, the upper spray arm 11012631 might hold a few droplets of water, but it should not retain a significant amount. If there is a significant amount of water being retained to where a stream pours out, the spray arm likely has clogged jets and this could cause dishes to remain wet if it pours slowly. Read More...
Roberta June 30, 2020 for Model Number SHU4306 UC/11 (FD 8001-8003) I purchased the spray arm that you say is compatible..part #00359976 which is on the packing slip. I used the video which is great, but the bottom part seems not to fit under the tray that holds the glasses. It seems too long to fit in the undertray slot. Does the connecting arm go on the top/middle or lower rod at the back of the tray? HELP PLEASE! Roberta
1 Answer Roberta, the connecting arm will attach to the bottom rod at the back of the rack assembly and the front mount of the spray arm should set in line with the middle cross rod that runs from the front to the back. Read More...

Paul January 02, 2020 for Model Number SHE43RL5UC/64 I need to replace my upper spray arm on my Bosch dishwasher. The part number is PD00034997. Will this part number AP2802458 from your site fit my model? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Paul, The upper spray arm on this unit is actually a part of the feed tube 00449323. If you actually need the center spray arm, it is 00676933 and, unfortunately, this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
Jim Price December 21, 2019 for Model Number Bosch SHU33A02UC/17 Regarding part 584319: in cleaning debris out of the upper spray arm, I found a piece of a silicone gasket that looked like it would fit where the spray arm attaches to the manifold. Is there supposed to be a gasket or seal there? Or anywhere else up the water flow course? Obvious this piece of debris came from the dishwasher itself. Thanks.
1 Answer Jim, We are not showing an individual gasket that would be available and it appears that you would need to get the spray arm and tube for this unit. Read More...

Susanne May 06, 2019 for Model Number SHY66C05UC/14 Hello, I need a new upper spray arm, the recent one broke. Which do I need to replace it? Thanks for your answer. Susanne
Tom January 17, 2019 for Model Number SHE65T55UC/07 For the last month now, our dishes on the upper rack are not being cleaned, in fact, there is more stuff on them after washing then before. It seems the Center Spray arm is getting no water - arm turns freely, and there is noting clogging up anything. Dishwasher is 13 months old - and is used 2-3 times a week. Everything in the filters below looks good, and there is lots of water in the bottom, as the bottom arm sprays quite well, just nothing in the middle. What do I need to look at / replace??
1 Answer Tom, you will want to check the diverter motor assembly to make sure that there is no debri preventing the diverter from directing water to the upper spray arm assembly. If your motor is not turning to engage the diverter into the necessary position, you may want to check to make sure that it is getting the voltage required for it to operate. If it is receiving voltage and not rotating, you have a bad motor. If it is not receiving voltage when the unit needs to alternate the water flow, then you may have a bad wire connection, wire, or control. Another thing you may want to check is to make sure the entire upper spray assembly is clear from where it connects into the sump assembly all the way to the spray arms themselves. Read More...
