Susan for Model Number Bosch dishwasher Is there a design fault on for the upper spray arm? My machine is less than a year old and the spray arm keeps coming off during the cycle. I am very disappointed as I always considered Bosch appliances to be superior to other makes. I see that there are many similar complaints from other customers. How do I rectify this problem?
