Lydia for Model Number SHV66A03UC/14 We recently installed a new upper rack and the directions said to remove the new spray arm from the rack and install the old/original spray arm. Since then, our soap is not dissolving when running a cycle. Is there is reason why we should use the old arm or can we reattach the new arm? Or how do we fix existing problem with old arm? We did not have this issue prior to installing the new rack. Thank you.
