Answer Hi Carol. The dispenser is part # 00166635. The wax motor that is the timed device that opens the dispenser is a wax motor. That part # is 00166635. The dispenser needs 120vac to the wax motor from the control board at the correct time. Is there anything on the rack in the closed door position holding it shut?
