Jim for Model Number SGE53U55UC Dishwasher always drains completely, but I get the E24 error. Sometimes it has no error on Normal cycle, but always on Auto. There was an obstruction the first time this error appeared, but it is clear now, and there is never water left, even after the error. I have replaced the drain pump and the control board, but it has made no difference. The error usually occurs after the final rinse.
Answer Jim, Check the float switch on the unit to make sure that it is working properly and check to make sure that the float is not sticking in the up position. If this checks ok then the issue sounds likely that the main control board is faulty and would need to be replaced if you replaced the board in the door. Read More...
