Doug Washer WFMC3200UC/01 I was looking at pump. Is there a way to tell if it is this issue or the control. Is there a way to send into diagnostic to spit out an error code. It keeps getting to 2 minutes left for drain then doesn't finish. Took out the filter nothing stopped up?
Answer Hello Doug, You should test for voltage to the pump when in drain. If voltage is getting to the pump and it isn't running, the pump has failed. If the pump is running and the water isn't coming out of the drain line and there is no clogs, the impeller has seperated from the motor shaft and the pump should be replaced. Read More...
