Deborah for Model Number WFMC2201UC We are getting, more & more often, an E:13 error and no drain situation. We replaced a suspect main control board, but the E:13 condition persists. The pump runs & pumps water, when tested. All lines & hoses to & from the pump are clear. Should the impeller on the pump spin very freely or give some resistance when spun with fingers? Although the pump resistance reads ~ 18 ohms, why would it work when tested but, possibly, not perform during wash cycles? Thank you for your consideration...
Answer Hello Deborah. If the board is new, test for power to the pump. If there is no power, replace the wiring harness. If there is power, replace the pump. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
