Andrew for Model Number 436440 My name is Andrew and I just recently bought a model 436440 Nexxt drain pump for a Bosch Nexxt 300 Series : WFMC2201UC. The code E:13 kept popping up when I was washing and I found out the problem was that the drain pump was not draining the water at all. I took out the broken drain pump and replaced it with the new pump and I still get the same result. E:13 keeps popping out. I don't know if its the pump or something else but can you help me with this? I tried everything even looking at the hoses to check for if its clogged. So please email me as soon as possible.
Answer Hello Andrew. Make sure there is no clogs. Also, make sure the unit is draining. If not, check the wiring and if good replace the control board.
