Edward for Model Number Bosch WFL 2060 UC I have a Bosch Axxis washer purchased 7 years ago. Recently the drum has stopped spinning. It seems to work fine in wash mode and draining, just does not spin. I do remember it making some odd noises prior to it stopping to spin, not the usual high whine. A local service repair person who I have used in the past is saying that it may be the motor via a phone consultation. Is this possible?
Answer Hello Edward, This can be the motor 00142197 since the model has a three phase motor. The motor can be ohmed out with a resistance meter. All three windings should be extremely close in their readings. They should also all three read open to ground. If this tests good, the control 00481304 is in question. Read More...
