Bob M for Model Number shx45p06uc/64 I am attempting to locate on my dishwasher the drain back flow preventer check valve. My dishwasher will not drain although it sounds like the drain motor is running. I did find the part on your web catalog but can not find it on my unit. Any help you can offer is appreciated,
Answer Bob, The non return valve 00165262 would be located on the out port of the sump assembly where the drain hose would connect to the sump. If the non return valve is not there then it would need to be replaced. You will also want to check the impeller on the drain to make sure that the impeller is not damaged. Read More...
