Scott for Model Number SHV66A03 UC/14 (FD 8301-) My bosch dishwasher seems to run and cycle normally, but both the top and bottom wash arms do not spin so the dishes are not getting clean. I have cleaned the sump, the wash arms and the vertical pipe going up the back and there are no blockages. I replaced the impeller in the circulating pump. I put a gopro in the dishwasher and can see that the circulating pump is pumping water at what seems like a decent pressure. Is is possible that the circulating pump is failing and not pumping water at a high enough pressure? Next steps are to replace the pump or look for blockages in the heater unit. Any other thoughts? Thanks
Answer Hello Scott, This will have to be either a restriction/clog, a defective pump, or an insufficient water fill. If the water valve is not opening properly, the unit will not fill with enough water and the pump can actually run out of water before the water is fully circulated and drops to the bottom back to the pump.
