Anna for Model Number Bosch Freezer Evap. Fan Motor: Part #00601067 The freezer section is warm at top, freezing at bottom. Suspected fan motor, as it was not spinning, only sporadically when manually trying to spin it. Tested with meter, which read "OL" (open line). Would this be the problem? Does your company offer download manuals to recall putting parts back together properly? Thank you
