Zach for Model Number prg364gd Thermador I have a thermador oven, model number PRG364GD. I get spark at all four burners when any one is on, and my left burners do not come on at all, but I do get spark when I move the left control knobs. I was thinking of ordering the Potentiometer kit but it could possibly be solenoid failure as well. Does this part (simmer control) directly control the solenoids?
Answer Hello Zach, While the potentiometer 00629722 is a common part to fail, The solenoid 00423093 is more common. Normally, when only the burners which are supplied gas through the solenoid are involved, the solenoid is normally the cause. Read More...
