Doug for Model Number RDSS30RS The front left burner does not light. Compared to the other three burners it is getting good spark. However there is no gas. As this is a low simmer unit my query is which part should be used, the gas solenoid or the potentiometer kit ? How does one go about testing for this ?
Answer Hello Doug. If there is power to the solenoid and it does not open, you will need to order and replace the gas solenoid on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
