Terry, You'checked the drain hose for clogs, Did you also check, Dishwasher filter(s) arms and sump for clogs or debris. When you have the filters out, you also want to check the sump, and sump outlet, and make sure the drain impeller vanes are not clogged or worn down. If alls OK, you'd want to disconnect the drain hose from the drain system connection under the kitchen sink, and drain the dishwasher into a large bucket, this will flush the drain line, and varify if the drain pump is operating properly.
