Doug for Model Number WTA3500UC 81/11 I bought a temperature limiter from you after reading your answer to a coustomer about what the ohm reading should be at room temperature . Well i just got my new part and it reads open / infinity . So what is the correct way to check this temperature limiter P/N 00163297 ?
Answer Hello Doug. It sounds like your meter may be set wrong or a bad meter. The sensor should read 9-11K ohms at 77° per the manufacturer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
