Lisa My dishwasher is about 8 years old and has been leaving a sticky film on my dishes. I currently using FInish Quantum pods but have had this happen with other pods, too. I also use Finish Rinse-Aid.

However you would want to check the incoming water is at least 120 deg, the dishwasher's heater is working, the spray arms are turning, and it is draining correctly.
