Lori for Model Number PRDS48GG No gas flow to one burner. Had a tech out and he said no available Thermidor gas valve parts to fix it. Where can I buy a gas valve that will fix this problem and does another brand like Bosch work on our Thermidor Professional range? Thank you.
Answer Lori, depending on which burner is not getting gas, this could be a valve issue, a solenoid issue, or a simmer controller issue. The valve for the simmer-controlled burners would be part number 00415499, the non-controlled burners would use the valve 00415501. Depending on the serial number, the simmer controller and potentiometer kit would be used if the controller does not send DC voltage to the solenoid to allow gas to flow through. Read More...
