Ted for Model Number PRSE364GLS When turn on the left front burner, there are sparks, but no gas coming out. (No gas smell, tested with a torch too} The other 3 burners are working. Do I need to replace the Solenoid AP2828839? Any other concerned parts?
Answer Ted, with the gas supply turned off, the left cooktop pan can be removed after taking the burner heads off. This will allow the gas orifice to be checked for a clog, If it is clear, the solenoid will need to be tested for DC voltage when the switch is turned to the ignite position.
