Jim for Model Number she3ar72uc I was getting almost no water. Diagnosed as fill valve, but not 100% sure. Had sears tech out and confirmed by sound, but he did not have part and availability for 2+ weeks. I got the part from you and replaced. Now there is some water going in, but the detergent pack is not melting and of the 5-6 times we've tried running it, I get an E17 error. PLEASE HELP!
Answer Jim, Getting the E17 error, indicates no water coming into the unit. Make sure that the water is turned on, make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the valve. If there is not power to the valve then it will be a faulty control board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, October 13, 2021
