Brian for Model Number RDSS30RS hello, on my cook top, one of the two X LO burners then one located in the back left position, I get a spark from the igniter but no gas seems to be flowing. Even if I try to use a match to light, I get no flame. Any ideas, is it possible that the gas venturri tube is pluged or would it be related to the gas valve or potentiometer?
Answer Hi Brian. Have you removed the burner and cleaned all ports / jets with a safety pin or a pointed pick tool? Is the venturi plugged part # is 00189321? If the spark is fine then the potentiometer is not bad along with the ignitor or the spark module. So inspect the orafice for debris build up.Thank you. Read More...
