D Mac for Model Number Thermador PCD484EE I have a 48" Thermador Pro Cooktop model pcd484ee. It has 4 star burners and a 24" electric griddle and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The left two burners don't turn on at all (they have a special extra low function) but the light comes on next to the knobs when I turn them. No clicking of the sparker or opening of the gas valve. The right two burners work just fine. I tried to take the thing a part to inspect and clean it and couldn't get the venturi tubes out. Had to drill them out and messed up the gas tubes in the process. Want to order new 10.5mm venturi tubes and gas vents but want to make sure I'm ordering the right parts. There is a short and long gas tube. Any ideas about why the burners are not coming on at all? Is it a board problem affecting only the XLO setting burners?
Answer D Mac, For the tubing that you need, the left front tubing is 00643265 and left rear tubing is 00664713. For the issue with the left burners not sparking and no gas would most likely be the potentiometer 00422748 or the simmer control 00619016. The venture part number for this will be 00189023.
