Don Stecko for Model Number Thermador DWHD640JFP/C9 Washer starts cycle but stops and timer goes to 0:0. Issue was intermittent for a while now consistent. Error code E14 shows occasionally. Answer Don, This issue will be a water filling issue and you will want to check to make sure that there are no kinks in the waterline, Check to make sure that the water valve is getting 120 Vac to it. Check to make sure that the valve is not restricted. If the valve has power to it but it is not filling then the issue will be a faulty water valve.
