Koen for Model Number SHXN8U55UC/07 Hi, when running "customer service program", my dishwasher receives error E:18 during S:01 and E:08 during S:60. When running "auto" washing cycle, the cleaning cycle ends showing E:08. The dishes are rinsed and wet (not cleaned and dry). I notice that the dishwasher detergent tablet has not been resolved, although it was ejected from dispenser. Water supply and drain hoses are in good working condition. Filters are clean & un-clogged. No water can be found on the bottom of the machine. The sprayers are un-clogged and are rotating freely. Can you pls advise on next steps? Which part should be replaced?
Answer Koen, The error E18 means the water supply rate is too low or no water supply, (Check the water supply). The E08 means the heat pump detects a too-low water level in the pump and turns off the heater.
