Hello Lucy, As per the parts explosion, I must ask if you removed the drip tray. The screws should be behind it. If there are no screws, grasp the bottom edge of the dispenser cover and pull sharply down and toward you with your knee against the door so it cannot move. This should snap it off. To re-install, hook it on at the top and bump it back on with the heel of your hand. The instructions with the screws should be correct if you listed the correct model number unless the manufacturer has incorrect information on the parts explosion.
