Jamie for Model Number FRS6R5ESBL The ice dispenser lever that you push with your cup to dispense ice is just flopping. It doesn't feel as though it is attached to anything and of course it is not dispensing any ice. What part do I need to repair this?
Answer Hello Jamie, You may want to pull the dispenser apart to check to see if the pin may have come loose. To do this you will use a flat blade and pop the bottom of the dispenser trim out. Remove the screws holding the dispenser assembly in place and disconnect wiring. Check to make sure that the pin the holds the dispenser lever in place has not come loose or the lever being broken.
