Billy Ray for Model Number 79047773403 Kenmore Electric Built In Oven Manual My upper and lower oven burners and broilers are not working. It seems as if both units went out at the same time. The digital display seems to be working, but when I adjust the temperature setting the burners remain cold to the touch. I hear clicking sounds for both units within control units, but burners remain cold to the touch. Since both units went out at the same, are my finding indicative of a bad relay board (dual oven) or bad thermal switch/fuse? Thanks, Billy Ray
Answer Billy Ray, you'll need to make sure that the unit has a full 240v coming to it. If it does you'll need to check the thermal fuses part number 318004900 and if that is okay replace the relay board 316429800. Thanks. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, August 20, 2014
