Jerry for Model Number PLD4555RFC1 Washed load at night in the morning the dishes were warm but the light on the control panel was off. Checked the power to the dishwasher its ok. Power going in to the control box checked hot. Don't know if its the control box or the touch pad?
Answer Hello Jerry. Test and see if there is power coming to the control board on the unit. If there is power there, and the board does not work, you will need to replace the control board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
