Doug M. for Model Number FPHC2399KF1 We bought a Frigidaire Professional and it worked great for a few years then started having problems with keeping the temperature stable. The fridge seems to stay pretty consistent now, but fan keeps running and freezer just keeps getting colder and colder (down to -19F or more). I replaced the thermostat but no luck. We unplugged it several times and it worked fine for a week or so then continued having problems more often. After reading other posts, I think it is a control board (which I hear the company knows has problems), and wonder if this is what I need to replace? I want to make sure there is only one board that needs to be replaced and get it right the first time. Can you tell me which one this is?
