Rose for Model Number PLEB27T8CCA My upper oven does not come to temperture. It never gets higher than a couple hundred degrees (even though the oven beeps as though it has reached the correct temperature). Broil element works perfectly, but bake element never warms. I checked both the bake element and temperature probe for continuity - they both appear fine. I suspect the upper oven relay board AP2127302 - but given the oven "thinks" its getting to correct temperture am wondering if I'm missing a thermostat somewhere?
Answer Hello Rose. Test for power to the bake element. If there is none there, you will need to replace the realy board 318022002. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
