By: Frigidaire
Part Number: OEM6381915
Manufacturer Part Number: 318022002

This is a Frigidaire oven relay control board. This part is made for the double-oven wall design. The relay control board sends a signal to the main control board, causing the oven to turn on or off. These relay boards are engaged directly by the power button of the unit and the cooking timer. When the relay control board malfunctions or short circuits, the baking and broil functions will be directly affected. The oven may quit powering on altogether if the relay board completely fails. A short in the relay will cause the oven power to function correctly at random times. Wall ovens must be dismounted from their positions to install these parts. Once access is gained to the tear of the stove, the back panel can be removed. The relay control board is located near the bottom of the unit, close to the utility drawer. Unplug the connecting wires and engage the mounting clips holding the board. Discard the old unit, and replace it with the upgrade. Connect the cables and fasten the metal panel on the rear of the oven. Check for proper function before mounting the stove back into the wall. This is a genuine OEM product and is obtained directly from the manufacturer. This part is only compatible with Frigidaire wall ovens.

Answer

John, Your best approach would be to check the voltage across the elements in both the bake and broil selections in both ovens, and track the issue back from there. You'd need to be very carefull conducting these voltage tests. If the voltage is not correct, you'll need to lower the oven control panel, to access and check the oven relay boards 318022001and 318022002 as well as the wiring behind the control panel.
