Jerry for Model Number glhs66efsb1 My boy shorted out the ribbon cable/cut it with front cover. Ever since, as soon as you plug in ribbon cable ice maker starts running on its own. I replaced the ribbon cable but it still does the same thing. I've checked the microswitches and relays on the other board and all checked good. I was getting ready to order the push button control board.
Answer Hello Jerry, This sounds like the main dispense board 241708202 or the dispense control 241708309 has an issue or one of the switch actuators 241680301 is depressing one of the switches.
