Nick for Model Number Kenmore Elite If I unplug the refrigerator and plug it back in, the water dispenser allows water to flow out of the dispenser. The only way I can stop the water is to press the stop button for several seconds. What do you think needs to be replaced?
Answer Hello Nick. Either the dispenser switch or board is bad and will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
