Dariusz for Model Number FRSHT5EFW2 We had electric line problem, shortage which caused low voltage, on the line where refrigerator was connected. It is still working cooling, it's making ice, but the switches on the door don't work, no lights, it's not dispensing ice, nor water. I think it could be the dispenser control board AP3960058, I saw from your responses it could be the dispenser power board AP3960035 too. Please help to solve the problem, thank you
Answer Hello Dariusz. You will need to test the dispenser power board and see if it is supplying power to the dispenser. If not, the dispenser power board will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
