Jerry W for Model Number FGHS2355KE1 The buttons on my door control panel are locked. When I press any of the buttons nothing changes. It is stuck on "water". I have unplugged the unit and let it set for ten minutes but still is the same. Sometimes I will hear it beeping and I noticed the freezer temperature is cycling from -6 to 2 degrees. Our setting for the freezer temp is 2. Buttons do not work after it cycles either. The ice maker works normal. Any ideas?
Answer Jerry, If the red light above the control lock on the unit is lit then you will want to push this button until the light flashes to turn off.
