Josh for Model Number FPHS2387KF4 Hi, refrigerator side is reading 18 but all the food and drinks freeze. Had a guy look, he said the dampener is fine. Any thoughts? He said maybe the main control board needs to be switched. The freezer side is working fine. Thanks
Answer Josh, First check that the doors are closing and sealing properly, then check the shelves, make sure the articles are not hanging over the edges, or against the wall. Then check to make sure the sensor and sensor box are not blocked by an article or the air is not being redirected away from the sensor. Dismount the box, and check for loose connections or corrosion on the connector pins. If all's OK then replace the control board. Read More...
